The American Gold Eagle is offered in a variety of sizes, making it popular amongst collectors who are seeking to add Gold Eagles to their collection. 2021 saw the redesign of this well-known coin by the US Mint, making all versions minted after June 2021 feature a slightly altered Walking Liberty obverse and a brand new Eagle Portrait reverse instead of the previous Family of Eagles imagery.
