Over time, it became clear that the New Zealand Mint’s dual emphasis on both bullion trading and consumer collectibles was not ideally structured to meet the specific needs of collectors. This split focus led to confusion and weakened the capacity to fully serve the collectibles market.

By transitioning to Agoro, NZMC can concentrate more effectively on what truly matters to the customer — prestigious, precious metal collectibles recognized worldwide.
