
Pinehurst Coins’ standard shipping policy is 5 business days from the date of an order. However, we will make every effort to ship an order within 1 business day whenever possible.
Products listed with Presale titles will have estimated shipping dates listed in the products’ subtitles and descriptions. This estimated initial shipping date is subject to change due to potentially unforeseen manufacturing, grading, and shipping delays. Actual shipping dates of presale products may include an additional 5 business days after the estimated shipping date.
Once a product is initially removed from presale status, Pinehurst Coins will make every effort to ship the order within 1 business day. However, to accommodate the shipment of the presale orders, the order could be potentially delayed for an additional 4-5 business days.
We, and the insurance carrier, will not accept responsibility for any losses or damages in the following instances below:
If the carrier delivers the package without your acceptance, without obtaining a signature, or leaves it with someone other than the intended recipient — such as a building manager, neighbor, business mailroom, or at locations like mailboxes, PO boxes, the UPS Store, the Military Postal Service, etc. — we are not responsible for any resulting issues. Additionally, if the carrier is unable to complete delivery and returns the package to us for any reason, we are not liable for any damage or loss incurred during the return process. This includes, but is not limited to, the package failing to arrive at our distribution center, damaged items, or missing contents.
