Vincent founded Pinehurst Coin Exchange Inc. in 2004 after serving 8 years in the United States Army as a combat engineer. His belief in hard work and dedication, coupled with a true love of numismatics that was instilled in him by his father, has driven him to build his company from the ground up into the success it is today. Vincent’s number one priority has always been to provide clients with the best overall buying experience and he holds his team to the highest standards. He has had positive and significant impacts on the numismatic community. As such he is profoundly respected by fellow members of the Professional Numismatists Guild (PNG), Certified Coin Exchange (CCE), and American Numismatic Association (ANA). Vincent is an authorized NGC, PCGS, and PMG dealer and is also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

Kevin began his career with Pinehurst Coins in 2012 after graduating from Stony Brook University with a degree in Science in Business Management (Finance) and Economics. During his tenure at Pinehurst Coins, he has gained expertise in all facets of the company, however, his main concentration has been in trading. Kevin attributes his growth, leadership skills, and knowledge of numismatic products directly to his mentor, Vincent Wade. Under Vincent’s mentorship, Kevin has established a firm understanding of the bullion and numismatic markets, become well respected in the industry by building and maintaining strong industry relationships, and has been a direct participant in the growth of the company. He is a member of the American Numismatics Association (ANA).

Harry is a dynamic member of the Pinehurst Coins team whose diverse background and extensive experience make him an invaluable asset. With proven leadership skills and expertise spanning the Life Safety, Manufacturing, and Telecommunication industries, Harry brings a unique perspective to the company. He excels in ensuring safety and security measures, optimizing production processes, enhancing communication channels, and delivering exceptional customer service. With his passion for innovation and dedication to excellence, Harry is a trusted team player who contributes to Pinehurst Coins’ growth and success while prioritizing our valued customers’ satisfaction and support.

Tal is an experienced Digital Marketing and Web Development professional with over 16 years of expertise. He has been a valuable asset to the Pinehurst Coins team by improving and managing the company’s online platforms, integrating sales channels with order management systems, and implementing technological processes to increase efficiency. Tal’s entrepreneurial background and technical proficiency have been instrumental in planning for the company’s long-term growth.

Adam came to Pinehurst Coins in 2019 after working as an Inventory and Shipping Supervisor for two international companies. His experience in managing day-to-day operations and international contracts as well as facilitating the shipping and receiving of international goods provides Pinehurst Coins with a level of expertise in managing our vast array of products and ensuring their shipping is quick and efficient.

Toni comes to Pinehurst Coins after a 25+ year teaching career in the public school setting. Her ability to assess the needs of others as well as her desire to assist and provide support to others, continues in her role as the Director of People Operations. Toni’s focus is on locating prime resources to support our growing team.

Chris is a visionary and results-driven Digital Marketing Director with a stellar track record of driving exponential growth and brand recognition through innovative strategies. Chris specializes in crafting fascinating online experiences that captivate audiences and propel businesses to unprecedented success. Marie-Andree is an accomplished trading professional with expertise in the precious coins markets. As the overseer of the day-to-day operations of the trading department, she manages a team of traders and support staff, leveraging her deep understanding of the market to manage risk and execute trades efficiently. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa University and an associate degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Her keen sense of market dynamics and her extensive knowledge of the precious metals market make her a valuable asset to the company and a trusted advisor to clients.

James excellent customer service and vast knowledge of the precious metals market is a result of his 14 years at Pinehurst Coins. He has experience in every area of the company and is an expert in coins and precious metals. James has a strong commitment to ensuring our clients are provided with the best service and professional knowledge in the industry.

Michael holds a BA in Mathematics Actuarial Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. His strong background in mathematics and ability to solve analytical problems combined with his years of experience working at Pinehurst Coins makes Michael an expert in bullion and numismatic markets. His attention to detail and industry knowledge create easy and efficient business transactions for clients.

Melissa plays a vital role at Pinehurst Coins, responsible for leading a team of customer service specialists, who are the primary point of contact for the company’s customers. In her leadership role, Melissa goes above and beyond the industry standard to provide superior customer service performance from her team members. She ensures that all orders are handled in a professional and friendly manner.

Leslie is a highly experienced professional who has spent the last 15 years working in the medical field.  Her skills and expertise garnered in the medical field and office management has helped her develop a keen eye for inventory management. At Pinehurst Coins, Leslie has been an integral member of the Inventory Department, where she has worked closely with the Fulfillment and Customer Service teams to ensure that products are handled efficiently and shipped quickly. Her excellent inventory management skills have made her a valuable asset to the Pinehurst Coins team.

Jerrod, our Operations Manager, has a diverse professional background that has shaped his leadership style. After retiring from the Air Force as a Sergeant, he transitioned into retail before joining Pinehurst Coins. With a strong foundation in critical thinking and problem-solving, Jerrod effectively manages our Inventory and Fulfillment departments. Jerrod’s unique background and skills make him an invaluable member of our team, and his commitment to excellence ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Before his time at Pinehurst Coins, Andrew spent over 14 years in Customer Service and Management with a major national retailer. During this time, he was responsible for a variety of tasks including managing inventory and ordering products. Andrew’s strong leadership skills and understanding of integrated ordering and shipping software make him an important asset to the Pinehurst Coins team.

Jill’s administration expertise from previous positions established the basis for her role at Pinehurst Coins, overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable process, managing payment transactions, and serving as a quality control specialist. At Pinehurst Coins, she conducts reviews to ensure the company’s accuracy and compliance with financial protocols and regulations, leading to streamlined and enhanced financial reporting procedures.
