At present, the State of Alaska doesn’t impose a statewide sales tax. Nevertheless, some boroughs within Alaska have introduced sales tax collection and remittance at the local level. Pinehurst Coins is obligated to collect sales taxes on all items sold and delivered by Pinehurst Coins to addresses within these specified Alaska boroughs.

Pinehurst Coins began collecting sales taxes in the affected Alaska boroughs on June 1, 2024.  Our sales tax license number in Alaska is 12558.
